automate your business, but not your social media campaign

rethink use

Because we work with so many business owners & entrepreneurs , we know that one of the greatest things that you can do for your company is…automate it!

You see, far too many small business owners are trying to do the work of an army. They believe if they simply work harder, longer, and faster they will be able to achieve anything. And often times they can do amazing things on their own. But at some point they get sick or tired or too stressed to handle anything else in their life. Not to mention the fact that their personal lives have been completely overrun by their business.

That is why you have to understand the power of an automated system. When you put your sales and marketing on autopilot, you can:

  • Send out mass marketing in seconds (and automatically)
  • Slice and dice your database instantly (to create more targeted messages)
  • Process online sales and charge credit cards (without any help from you)
  • Keep track of ALL your contacts (and retrieve information immediately)

Have more time to yourself

Hire less employees (even have none if you don’t want them)

And ultimately…make more money!

GOOD ?

BUT DON’T WHATEVER USE THESE TIPS, FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ..EVER …AGAIN NEVER EVER..

not having twitter is so much better for company, or your small business than having auto spam tweeting api …

or worse autopilot blogging !

want to use SOCIAL MEDIA?

  • Tweet once per day ..one  linked tweet per 2-5 tweets not all tweets with links !
  • Blog once a week 3-5 lines.
  • Update your facebook page once per 10 days, it’s ok to link it with twitter .

Redefine Social media

Social media is like teen sex. everyone wants to do it, nobody knows how. when it’s finally done there is surpirse it’s not better.

Anyway…. Of the many misconceptions with online marketing is that social media is only for large brands. Truthfully, small business’ that invests resources and time wisely can improve customer/client loyalty and traditional word of mouth marketing efforts through the use of social media.

Social media is useful for almost every type of business. Cafes, retail stores, and even professional services can build their online reputation and increase trust. By taking advantage of social media, businesses can make themselves more accessible, more personable, and maintain long term connections. For a small business looking to increase referrals, social media can be a powerful tool.

Script your seo marketing !

Whether you are still presenting your products “face-to-face,” or have embraced the benefits of webinars and online demonstrations, here is one technique that continues to drive results: use a selling script.

Every time you approach a prospect or customer, you should be prepared with a powerful and proven marketing script.

It seems to be unfashionable today to talk of sales scripts, but statistics overwhelmingly prove that a practiced presentation massively outperforms one that’s simply delivered off the cuff. Yes, whether you’re selling face-to-face or online, you need to be flexible and be able to cope with things that crop up, but you should not allow them to divert you from your main flow.

You must remember that your interaction with your prospects is a sales presentation and not a chat around the coffee table with your buddies. The purpose of your webinar, online demo, or meeting is to sell and make you money! And as sales is a process not an event, your process – your sales presentation – should be carefully planned, constructed, practiced, and delivered. Use a sales script because:

  • It makes your message consistent.
  • The results can be measured and the script improved.
  • It systematizes your business.
  • You can make a strong first impression (without blundering for something to say).
  • Prepares you for any prospect objections, questions, etc. without getting you off track.

One word of warning: Many times people who use sales scripts sound robotic and unnatural. You can still read a script and be real. And when you do both you will see an incredible increase in your sales!

That what i do personally

Google ‘Caffeine’

As you may have heard, Google recently announced testing of a
new, more powerful version of their search engine technology.

It’s code-named “Caffeine

Now, as business people who rely on SEO, any time Google gives
us some insights into what they have planned for the future, we
need to pay attention.

So what can we learn from what Google is telling us about the
future of search?  Here’s a quote I think is particularly
telling:

“It’s the first step in a process that will let us push the
envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness
and other dimensions.”

I think that one sentence tells us all we need to know about
where we need to be moving, and here’s how:
1. Size and Indexing Speed: This tells us that Google is going
to be crawling more pages and indexing them FASTER.  This
continues Google’s focus on fresh content – so many new pages
are created every day, they can’t keep up.

2. Accuracy: This indicates that the sites that will continue
to “win” the search game are going to be the ones that can
correctly match up the searcher’s keywords with the content
they were actually looking for.  Google indicates that they’re
interested not only in what sites people click on, but what the
searcher’s behavior is once they arrive.

With that in mind, success will come from testing and adjusting
your pages to better serve your visitors.  It will no longer be
enough to focus on the keywords alone, but on actually making
your content relevant to what those searchers want.

One way to do this is through careful organization of your site
structure, organizing information in ways that people will find
useful, not just search spiders.

3. Comprehensiveness: To me, this indicates that Google will
continue to heap love upon “authority” sites – ones that do a
really good job of completely covering their selected niche.

In Google’s never-ending quest for relevance, Google wants to
see sites that can indicate a thorough and comprehensive
resource for what people are searching for.  This is why it’s
important to continue to build pages that rank for ALL your
relevant keywords.

It’s not just about the individual SERPS, but the “profile”
that a comprehensive site creates.  I can imagine that this
focus could be partly to combat “SERP Spamming” tactics where
results are flooded with multiple, largely identical copies of
the same information spread across multiple Web 2.0 sites.

More and more, it’s going to be important to create sites with
larger and larger collections of content in order to really
dominate the listings.

Once again, Google shows that they prefer larger, older sites
that are packed with useful information.

So even though there’s been a lot of buzz around this
announcement and lots of speculation, I don’t think you need to
change too much if you’re already doing your SEO the StomperNet
way.  What’s working in Google now for us appears to be exactly
what they want to encourage.  In fact, they want MORE of it,
FASTER.

So get started today, so by the time Caffeine comes out of
BETA, you’ll be so far ahead of your competition they may never
be able to catch up…call

SEO : If You Can’t Be First, Be First In A New Niche

You’ll face the problem of not being first whenever you enter an existing niche. And on the internet, that’s “most of the time”

Look at the top sites in your chosen niche. If they got in early enough, chances are they enjoy the linking benefit that comes with being first. Typically, Google’s linking algorithm favors long established sites, as opposed to newcomers.  Those who are first to occupy a niche have a much easier job of getting links because they are remarkable, simply by virtue of being unique.

So what to do if you arrive late to a niche?

Invent a new niche, and be first in that.

Say you sell holiday rental accommodation in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, there are a lot of holiday rental accommodation services in Palm Springs. So to differentiate yourself, you might decide to focus on “the cheapest rental accommodation services in Palm Springs”. Or “the most upmarket rental accommodation services in Palm Springs”. Or “the best rental accommodation guide for solo travelers in Palm Springs”.

Focus on a new angle that your competitors aren’t targeting. This is called market segmentation.

Re define Social media

write-a-letter

  • Social media is like teen sex. Everyone wants to do it. Nobody knows how. When it’s finally done there is surpirse it’s not better.
  • The facilitation of word of mouth with technology.
  • Trackable conversational content about brands, products or anything.
  • Consumer generated content that influences perceptions.
  • It’s a fancy way to describe the zillions of conversations people are having online.

WHY SOCIAL MEDIA ?

Because DEAR FRIEND SOCIAL MEDIA IS A F**KING FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH.

Marketing

one of the greatest benefits of marketing is the ability to measure your efforts. And, for a business owner, this is a valuable ability.

You see, when you measure your marketing efforts… and then take the time to make the appropriate changes, you are going to see the results in the increased number of sales.

So how can you measure your marketing efforts? Well, good tracking and measuring is going to take a combination of Internet know-how and automated, marketing systems. But, between the two, you can easily track and measure:

  • Lead sources
  • Email open rates
  • Email opt-in rates
  • Email links
  • User interactions
  • Promotion responses
  • And, of course your resulting sales!

When you are able to SEE what is working, your marketing will become more specific, targeted, and successful. Even with a stellar marketing campaign, there is always room for improvement. Measuring your results gives you the chance to keep getting better, and bring in more and more sales.

When uncertainty rules… marketing campaigns are nothing more than a shot in the dark! With the ability to measure, track, and tweak, you can become a marketing powerhouse and start adding more money to your bank account!

Social Marketing

Social marketing is taking the opportunity to engage with people where they are comfortable, rather than broadcasting at them where the company is comfortable. By building relationships with consumers, companies hope that consumers’ own conversations in social settings (on and offline) will build positive reputations for the brand.

Social marketer believes that using marketing to help people rather than sell people is the way of the future.

Social merkters jump at opportunities to solve intriguing problems, whether it’s creating an engaging experience, reinventing a brand, launching a new product, or coming up with an innovative application. By choosing to work across a broad range of industries, we bring a unique perspective to all our projects.
