Social Network – A social structure which facilitates communication between a group of individuals or organizations, that are related by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as: a special or common interest; shared values; visions, ideas, or perhaps ideals; financial exchange, friendship, kinship, dislike, conflict or trade.

Social Connections – These are people in a specific demographic on social sites that we will create a connection with.

Conversations – A conversation takes place when a social connection is engaged.

Optimized Network – A social profile that has been completed, with links, and synchronized information and to look like other profiles.

Social Media Tools – Internet based tools/websites that allow for the transfer of information to be done quickly and effortlessly. (see: Social Bookmarks)

Social Bookmark – A method for Internet users to store, organize, search, and manage bookmarks of web pages on the Internet with the help of meta data.
