automate your business, but not your social media campaign

rethink use

Because we work with so many business owners & entrepreneurs , we know that one of the greatest things that you can do for your company is…automate it!

You see, far too many small business owners are trying to do the work of an army. They believe if they simply work harder, longer, and faster they will be able to achieve anything. And often times they can do amazing things on their own. But at some point they get sick or tired or too stressed to handle anything else in their life. Not to mention the fact that their personal lives have been completely overrun by their business.

That is why you have to understand the power of an automated system. When you put your sales and marketing on autopilot, you can:

  • Send out mass marketing in seconds (and automatically)
  • Slice and dice your database instantly (to create more targeted messages)
  • Process online sales and charge credit cards (without any help from you)
  • Keep track of ALL your contacts (and retrieve information immediately)

Have more time to yourself

Hire less employees (even have none if you don’t want them)

And ultimately…make more money!

GOOD ?

BUT DON’T WHATEVER USE THESE TIPS, FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ..EVER …AGAIN NEVER EVER..

not having twitter is so much better for company, or your small business than having auto spam tweeting api …

or worse autopilot blogging !

want to use SOCIAL MEDIA?

  • Tweet once per day ..one  linked tweet per 2-5 tweets not all tweets with links !
  • Blog once a week 3-5 lines.
  • Update your facebook page once per 10 days, it’s ok to link it with twitter .

Social media on your own ?

You can’t just sign up for accounts on Twitter, Facebook, etc. and hope for it to pay off. You have to work hard at it and be consistent in the way you use it — you can’t just sign up and leave. Successful social media marketing involves signing up for social media accounts and actually being social — interacting with other users, regularly updating and participating.

Engage in social media, be consistent and see it literally pay off.

Experiencing a direct correlation between top financial performance and deep social media engagement,

companies engaging in social media are more financially successful.

Script your seo marketing !

Whether you are still presenting your products “face-to-face,” or have embraced the benefits of webinars and online demonstrations, here is one technique that continues to drive results: use a selling script.

Every time you approach a prospect or customer, you should be prepared with a powerful and proven marketing script.

It seems to be unfashionable today to talk of sales scripts, but statistics overwhelmingly prove that a practiced presentation massively outperforms one that’s simply delivered off the cuff. Yes, whether you’re selling face-to-face or online, you need to be flexible and be able to cope with things that crop up, but you should not allow them to divert you from your main flow.

You must remember that your interaction with your prospects is a sales presentation and not a chat around the coffee table with your buddies. The purpose of your webinar, online demo, or meeting is to sell and make you money! And as sales is a process not an event, your process – your sales presentation – should be carefully planned, constructed, practiced, and delivered. Use a sales script because:

  • It makes your message consistent.
  • The results can be measured and the script improved.
  • It systematizes your business.
  • You can make a strong first impression (without blundering for something to say).
  • Prepares you for any prospect objections, questions, etc. without getting you off track.

One word of warning: Many times people who use sales scripts sound robotic and unnatural. You can still read a script and be real. And when you do both you will see an incredible increase in your sales!

That what i do personally

Marketing

one of the greatest benefits of marketing is the ability to measure your efforts. And, for a business owner, this is a valuable ability.

You see, when you measure your marketing efforts… and then take the time to make the appropriate changes, you are going to see the results in the increased number of sales.

So how can you measure your marketing efforts? Well, good tracking and measuring is going to take a combination of Internet know-how and automated, marketing systems. But, between the two, you can easily track and measure:

  • Lead sources
  • Email open rates
  • Email opt-in rates
  • Email links
  • User interactions
  • Promotion responses
  • And, of course your resulting sales!

When you are able to SEE what is working, your marketing will become more specific, targeted, and successful. Even with a stellar marketing campaign, there is always room for improvement. Measuring your results gives you the chance to keep getting better, and bring in more and more sales.

When uncertainty rules… marketing campaigns are nothing more than a shot in the dark! With the ability to measure, track, and tweak, you can become a marketing powerhouse and start adding more money to your bank account!

Marketing the internet or internet marketing

Internet marketing, web marketing, web 2.0, social media, youtube, twitting, SEM, SEO, PPC…what the?

Most people can see that the internet would be, or could be, a great place to market their products or services but it can all get a little confusing. There’s a new technology out every other day. How do you use it all to promote and sell your businesses products/services? Is it even worth it?

Well it certainly can be worth it if done correctly. We all know that the young men behind technologies like Facebook have made millions upon millions, and that big businesses like Chrysler have had great successes with different online campaigns. But, it’s also just as easily used to sky rocket the sales of a small business.

In the same way that both large and small businesses can profit from newspaper ads (using them in a different way) small businesses can use the Internet, as big business does, just in a different way to profit.

Luckily Internet marketing really isn’t as hard as what it’s made out to be. It’s just selling products and services to people. The very same people you sell to with local newspaper ads, radio ads, direct mail pieces, yellow pages ads etc.

Internet marketing is just marketing
Even though it’s a new medium the same principles of offline marketing still apply to online marketing.

1. Pick your target market(s) first and find out everything you can about them. What are their needs?

2. Fill that need with your product or service.

3. Effectively communicate that you have a product or service that fulfils that need.

With Internet marketing it’s simply that the medium of communicating (number 3 above) to people that you can fill their need, is different from other forms of marketing. You still need leads and to be able to convert those leads into paying customers. You still need to have the basics down…ie. a hungry crowd and something to feed them with.

So firstly, who is your hungry crowd?

If you can define exactly who you’re trying to sell to all of the other steps in the process fall into place so much more easily. Without knowing the answer to this question it’s very hard to convince people, that you don’t know and don’t know what problems and needs they have, that you can be their solution.

Also, it’s harder on the internet than any other medium to find them if you don’t know exactly who they are.

So really define exactly who they are. The more you can niche it down the better. For example ‘golfers’ is too broad and too hard to market to, but left handed golfers’ or ‘elderly golfers’, now that’s a lot easier to target to.

A good way to go about it is to think of a few people who you actually know who are a part of the ‘hungry crowd’, or perhaps a fictional character. A golf professional may think of a few friends or family that are off a high handicap, an architect might think of someone she knows who is looking to put an extension on their house.

The more you can get inside their heads the better.

By the way, you may have several target markets. This is particularly the case with larger business but you must define each market.

Fill their need with a product or service

You may well already have a product/service. If so there may be a way to mold it a bit better to the exact need of the target market(s) you going after.

If you don’t already have one, brainstorm. Come up with as many different ideas as you can that will fill this hungry crowds needs. Pare it down. Really get inside the heads of your target audience and think about what fulfils their need.

Communicate that your product/service can ‘feed’ the crowd

So up until now everything has been the same as any other medium in marketing. The only difference now from other forms of marketing is the medium. And there are subtle differences in the way that you communicate your marketing message.

You need to do 2 things really
a) Get as many leads as possible
The cornerstones of getting leads on the internet are Search Engine Marketing (which includes Search Engine Optimization and Paid Placement ads or Pay Per Click), email marketing, affiliate marketing and social media.

Then…

b) Convert as many of those leads as possible into a sale
Have these leads being as qualified as possible and clicking on a landing page that is compelling enough to convert the visitor into a customer.

So how do you do this through the medium of the Internet?

Internet Marketing Is Direct Response Marketing At Its Best
Internet marketing is really the ultimate form of ‘Direct Response Marketing’.

The way that successful Direct Response marketers go about it is to test something out, in fact test a few versions out, use the piece of marketing that got the highest response and then try and improve on it again and test to see if it gets a higher response and so on.

Successful Internet marketing is the same. Test, respond, test, respond. And luckily, it’s so easy to do on the web because web pages can be changed so quickly and marketing strategies can be changed so quickly.

How Do You Go About It?
It really is as simple as this at its base. But there are many things you need to know in order to get those leads and convert them. It really isn’t that hard. Having read this you now actually have a better understanding of the whole than many website designers and IT geeks, now all you need is some of the nitty gritty of how to do it.

You’ll need to learn how to develop a website that converts leads into paying customers, and you’ll need to learn how to develop many qualified leads coming to that web site every day.

What We do……..
Every day thousands of people search the Internet for businesses just like yours. Surveys show that over 85% of Internet users find new websites by using search engines. Unless your website appears prominently on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN , you can be sure those potential customers will go elsewhere for their products and services.

Fortunately, obtaining a prominent listing on the search engines is not an accident. There is something you can do to help get top rankings for your website.

It’s called Search Engine Marketing, and that’s what we do. We work with businesses that need high visibility for their websites. By combining industry-leading search engine optimization techniques, pay-per-click campaigns and link building, we get your website seen on the search engines. Because we are good at getting high rankings for our clients, they have been successful in attracting more qualified traffic to their sites. And, with more qualified traffic, they’ve experienced increased leads and sales and, real business growth .

We work closely with you to understand your business and exceed your marketing goals. We consider ourselves a part of your team. You will always receive excellent customer support because we won’t stop working until you are completely satisfied.

Leads ? Customers ? FRIENDS

BACK TO BASICS

1-6

Here is one marketing truth you must understand: People buy/click/ donate when they are ready to, not when you are ready to sell/promote/encourage. So, just because your lead is not ready to buy/click/donate today, doesn’t mean they aren’t important. After all, today’s leads are tomorrow’s customers, or next month’s or next year’s.my friends

Treating your leads like customers ensures they will come directly to you once they are ready to buy.

I’m going to admit something that may sound a little arrogant. I have hundreds of customers. They just might not be buying from me right now. But, whenever I’m talking to any small business owner, I am thinking, “This is one of my customers.” I don’t even have a chance to tell them what my company does before I have categorized them as “Customer” in my head. Many times it is my perceived value of this person that causes them to want to learn more about my company…and often earns me another customer!

Similarly, treating your customers like friends is going to dramatically increase your customer loyalty. But, rather than expand upon this concept, below is  a testimonial if you receive  from a customer, know that you are good.

“I really feel that your site, as a whole, shows that you all care about your customers and really want all of us to succeed, whether in helping us with our business or using your products itself. your site makes me feel like “one big family” and you’re not just out there trying to sell us and that’s it.”
