As 2010 is bringing slow but steady growth, we are in the middle of restructuring our business model, with a focus on starting three new divisions  under the Aigcmiddleast brand as separate companies, with Aigcmiddleast as the parent company.

We are still ahead of the game. But the new expansion will allow us to be free to run and enjoy new adventures.

April 2010 will be the official launch of the new three divisions. Aigc middleast will own 100% share on all new divisions, as partnership is not an option we could walk with in Middle east.

I will step down from being COO of Aigc Middleast by April, and will be ready to return to Aigc Northamerica as regional manager for the southern and western regions of the United States.

Our new hiring process will start by mid of march , we are looking for 5 new members to join… So if you are looking to join , keep running by  this blog.

Finally we are done with our SCSM 2010, it was so organize this year, to be honest i had fun during it, despite the fact that i had to go to deadsea, then back to amman, then  back to deadsea 5 times, during the 3 days of SCSM 2o1o.

The main focus during it was solutions we will not offer, due to lack of time, and low income from these solutions, for this :

we will no longer offer:

1. Website Design.

2.Coding for website.

3.Unique CMS.

4.Shopping unique solution.

5.Any hosting solutions.

6.Training.

This came after long discussion specially for AIGC MD team.

What we can share :

Yes we are moving fast to realtime web, and semantic solution by mid of 2010.

Starting from first of October, there will be alot of changes in Aigc middle east , these changes will be on the positive due to expanding, and based on 6 months analyses our starting up team had the change to collect and organized it, during the underground launching we have from march 2009,

One of biggest changes and most of our clients will not like is Amous !

Yeah you will not see Amous as much as you used to !

From September 23, 2009. Amous will be our regional manager, beside his coo position for emergency calls .

Most Amous dues and contacts will be handle by our Develope and Marketing departs .

Also we are happy to mention, we will have new guys joining aigc middle east during the next 2 months, as we are moving to our new offices ( which we still looking for ! ).

Last coo task for amous will be organize Jordan Tweetup  !!!! which will also be an event we launch aigcmiddleast operations in jordan

We can’t say we are even dedicating half of my time to online social media and we constantly find ourself overpowered.

So you did notice we change the design ..why ?

We love the old “monthly change” design…and nothing like first love.

But we found out most don’t get! and don’t know why the site has issue to been display on ie.6 and ie.7 (in arabic …ma2tooosh). the slides don’t show full.

So based on that we @ aigcmiddleast love testing people all the time , we start the one page site , foucsing on the words, and how much these words will be momorize on visitors heads..good luck with that.

but yeey! last night as pre arrangement between us and our prime feature client, they edit there meta and basic seo rules on their site…
yes we are happy for that…

its the methods and the ways the routin of big corporate, someone will say oh comeon we would love to learn that?
